Staff was friendly and helpful as they could be given the situation. They looked like they were understaffed, probably why the check-in process was so slow, and there was no room available.

Location for where we needed to go in the city. The GM was very understanding on our issues and the front desk clerk was also very helpful.

This is the absolute WORST hotel in Colorado Springs CO!!!!!! Staff was absolutely rude and not helpful whatsoever!!!!! People come on- prices might be cheaper but you get what you pay for!!!! If you have any self-respect, trust me don't stay there¡

This motel are great and comfortable that I like hometown studio from Colorado springs CO they are good peoples around I like to come back but they are very cheaper place to stay I want to stay again if the prices go down I want to say thank you

Nothing really. They have roaches and good luck getting your deposit back I still have yet to receive them from the latest in September. We never broke anything or left the room worse than how dirty it already was.

The outside of the actual building looked very nice. The lady who checked me in was very accommodating and pleasant. I think there must have been a new thin spread on the bed. The young man who checked me out was very kind.
